Since 2025, in addition to promoting company-wide digital transformation, Metro Weather has strengthened flexible workstyle options—such as expanding remote work and implementing staggered working hours—to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and support organizational development aligned with employees’ diverse lifestyles.
At the same time, leveraging the Tokyo Headquarters established in 2024, the company has advanced its growth strategies in sales and business development, contributing to the expansion of existing businesses and targeted markets.
Given these developments, Metro Weather has reviewed the facilities and scale of its Tokyo Headquarters. After assessing location suitability for priority markets and evaluating the overall business benefits of relocation, the company has decided to proceed with the relocation of its Tokyo Headquarters.
