Towards a new future

The mid-2020s are expected to be the era when businesses making use of drones make the leap to full-fledged commercial operation. However, if drones should ever fall to earth, this could potentially result in major accidents. Metro Weather’s vision for the future is about realizing a society in which drones can fly safely and reliably in the skies thanks to the highly-detailed wind condition data that we provide. Each and every member of our company is putting their every effort into making this vision a reality. After cars were first invented 100 years ago, our predecessors had to spend countless hours and considerable expertise on the development of systems supporting safe transportation, an essential development for making cars into safe transportation infrastructure. We envisage a similar future pathway for us as we strive to build safe infrastructure for the skies.
